In recent years, an alarming trend of religious coercion has infiltrated our educational institutions, residential colonies, and now, our corporate offices. Under the guise of professional mentorship, a dangerous ideological trade is being run, targeting the identity and self-respect of our youth.
This poem, 'Dharmantaran Ki Dukaan', is a direct unmasking of these hidden agendas. It is a call for accountability from corporate management and the administration to protect our social fabric from being traded for a paycheck.

दफ्तरों में पनपते इस वैचारिक खतरे को पहचानना ज़रूरी है।
आज कॉर्पोरेट जगत की चकाचौंध के पीछे कुछ वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों द्वारा युवाओं के साथ जो वैचारिक षड्यंत्र रचा जा रहा है, वह हमारी आने वाली पीढ़ी के लिए एक बड़ा खतरा है। नासिक की हालिया घटनाओं ने इस कड़वे सच को उजागर किया है कि कैसे करियर के नाम पर युवाओं को एक सुनियोजित जाल (Planned Trap) में फँसाया जाता है।
इसी गंभीर विषय पर मेरी एक नई काव्य अभिव्यक्ति (Poetic Recital): "धर्मांतरण की दुकान"।
इस रचना के माध्यम से मैंने उन चुनौतियों को स्वर दिया है जिनसे आज के युवा जूझ रहे हैं। यह एक विनम्र प्रयास है कंपनी मैनेजमेंट को सचेत करने का, ताकि वे कार्यस्थल (Workplace) पर एक सुरक्षित माहौल और ऐसी कार्यसंस्कृति (Work Culture) सुनिश्चित करें जहाँ केवल प्रोफेशनलिज्म को सम्मान मिले, न कि किसी छिपे हुए एजेंडे को।
मेरी आपसे विनती है कि इस रचना को हर युवा व उनके माता-पिता तक पहुँचाएं ताकि समय रहते इस खतरे के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ सके।
